Our Laundry Process & Quality
We use premium quality PowerPax 5-in-1 detergents (available in Linen Scent, Lavender Scent, and Free & Clear) and softeners. You can also request Tide detergent for an additional $0.12/lb upcharge.
We carefully sort all laundry into three groups: whites, lights, and darks. We also separate delicate items and place them in a protective laundry bag for a gentle wash.
Yes, we do! We make sure your matching socks find their way back to each other before folding.
We weigh your order after it has been laundered and dried to ensure you are not charged for any water weight from damp clothes. Our pricing is based on the final dry weight.
No, large items such as comforters, pillows, and sleeping bags are charged per item. You can find these prices on our Pricing page.
To ensure the safety of our staff and the quality of our cleaning, we cannot accept items heavily soiled with bodily fluids or grease.
Pickup & Delivery Service
For one-time or occasional orders, the price is $2.25 per pound. If you sign up for a recurring weekly or bi-weekly schedule, you save with our rate of $2.15 per pound.
Yes. For our pickup and delivery service, there is a $45 minimum. For drop-off wash and fold orders, the minimum is $25.
A small $2.50 fuel surcharge is added to each pickup and delivery order to help cover transportation costs.
Our standard turnaround time for all pickup and delivery orders is next-day service.
Not at all. In your account preferences, you can give us permission for a contactless pickup and delivery. Just be sure to tell us where to leave your items to avoid any miscommunication.
You can use any laundry bag or even a large trash bag for your first order. We also offer durable laundry bags for purchase. When you use our bag, we wash it with your clothes and place your clean, folded laundry into protective bags inside it for delivery.
We operate 7 days a week. Our pickup and delivery windows are from 8am to 8pm on weekdays and 8am to 5pm on weekends.
Account & Billing
We will ask for your credit card information when an order is placed. Once your order is complete and weighed, we will charge your card and email you a detailed invoice.
Absolutely. During the online account setup process, you can add your personal preferences (like water temperature or detergent choice) that our team will follow for every order.
Not at all. You can cancel or suspend your account at any time. For recurring orders, please let us know in advance if you are going on vacation so we can place your account on hold.
We send email and text reminders to help you remember your pickup day. However, if you forget to leave out your laundry, we reserve the right to charge a missed pickup fee to cover the cost for our driver.
